Duties :

Under the supervision of the Data Batching Team Lead, support the overall objectives of Joni and Friends. Perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to :

• Daily Scanning of Checks and Documentation

Scanning and organizing checks, related backup materials, and critical documentation

Sorting incoming mail related to fundraising and contribution processing

Entering contributions into Salesforce CRM for multiple sources, including but not limited to :

ACH

Updating Account and Contact records based on returned mail (USPS Nixies) and constituent-provided information

Qualifications :

This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday , with the option to work remotely on Wednesday and Friday. During busy seasons or high-volume periods, the Analytics Specialist may be asked to work additional in-office days to assist with mail processing and contribution intake.

Compensation for this position is between $19.50 and $22.00 per hour. This is a non-exempt position.
