IT Services : Application development, maintenance, and testing.

Consulting : Business consulting, IT strategy, and digital transformation.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) : Outsourcing of business processes to improve efficiency.

Enterprise Solutions : Implementation and support of enterprise-level software solutions. Digital Services : Services related to digital technologies, such as analytics, cloud, and IoT.

Salary : $140K-$150K / Annum

Job Description :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM /
• Service Cloud Business scenarios.
• 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform on as Technical lead / Arch.
• Experience working on a minimum of 3 Salesforce projects.
• Strong expertise in Lightning / Communities, APEX, hands on with coding, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tool, APIs Java Script, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
• Experience in customized Salesforce service cloud integration with CTI, ERP and legacy applications
• Must have Salesforce Admin and PD1 cert at least
• Good to have Salesforce PD2 cert
• Knowledge on migration from Classic to lightning is preferable
