Cool Air Creations is a growing custom apparel and promotional products company known for high-quality work and attention to detail. We take pride in producing every order with precision and care before it reaches our customers.

Position Overview :

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Opener / Catcher / Packer . This is a key hands-on role that ensures quality control from start to finish in the printing and packaging process.

Key Responsibilities :

Opener Duties :

  • Open incoming jobs and verify garment style, color, and count before printing begins.
  • Organize and prepare orders for the production team.

Catcher Duties :

  • Stand at the end of the dryer belt to collect printed garments.
  • Inspect each piece for print quality, accuracy, and placement.
  • Place verified items into bins for packaging.

    • Packer Duties :

  • Fold, tag, and bag garments according to customer specifications.
  • Verify sizes, counts, and order accuracy.
  • Pack items neatly into company boxes for shipment.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong attention to detail — quality control is a major part of this role.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented attitude and reliability.
  • Previous experience in screen printing or production a plus, but not required (we’ll train the right person!).
