Position Overview :

Were looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Opener / Catcher / Packer . This is a key hands-on role that ensures quality control from start to finish in the printing and packaging process.

Key Responsibilities :

Opener Duties :

Open incoming jobs and verify garment style, color, and count before printing begins.

Organize and prepare orders for the production team.

Catcher Duties :

Stand at the end of the dryer belt to collect printed garments.

Inspect each piece for print quality, accuracy, and placement.

Place verified items into bins for packaging.

Packer Duties :

Fold, tag, and bag garments according to customer specifications.

Verify sizes, counts, and order accuracy.

Pack items neatly into company boxes for shipment.

What Were Looking For :

Strong attention to detail quality control is a major part of this role.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented attitude and reliability.

Previous experience in screen printing or production a plus, but not required (well train the right person!).
