Senior IT Enterprise Application Analyst (PeopleSoft)

As a Senior IT Enterprise Application Analyst focusing on Peoplesoft you will be responsible for supporting Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll modules in PeopleSoft. You will work with business users to understand the requirements and will then design, build, integrate and implement solutions. Additional responsibilities include implementing new functionalities, participating in upgrading applications and keeping up-to-date on tools & technologies.

You will also function as a project lead for projects related to your subject matter expertise. This may include but is not limited to : Tax updates, Tools upgrade and cost of living adjustments. Your experience in PeopleTools, SQR, SQL and BI / XML will be critical as you perform the responsibilities of this role.

Schedule : 44 / 36, Monday through Friday / Every other Friday off. Monday through Thursday 9 hours per day, 8 hours per day every other Friday. Start times are no earlier than 6 a.m. and end times are no later than 6 p.m.

Hybrid : Metropolitan's current practice in this position is a hybrid work schedule. This typically includes two days a week in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change dependent on organizational needs. In addition, a telework policy is scheduled for negotiations and once completed and implemented, will provide final direction on the hybrid schedule.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience.

Relevant Experience is defined as : technical working experience within PeopleSoft
