Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and customer feedback to generate actionable insights that improve sales interactions and outcomes.
• Translate data-driven insights into clear business requirements, designing tailored solutions that enhance the sales experience and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and create presentations to communicate improvements, insights, and recommendations across the Sales organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision making and customer engagement.
• Conduct prompt engineering and refine AI model inputs to improve performance and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement projects in the Sales organization.
