Observe and record HR team members' daily tasks, meetings, and responsibilities.
Document precise start and end times of all activities.
Track and note interruptions, delays, and shifts in workflow.
Compile accurate, thorough records to support productivity analysis and process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications for the HR Time Study Specialist role :
Excellent written documentation and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to capture accurate time and task records.
Professional, discreet, and respectful while observing HR team members.
Prior administrative, HR, or research experience a plus, but not required.
Salary :
$56,000 - $61,000 annually | Contract / project-based role
