Job Title : Property Assistant
Program : Casa Quezada, Supportive Housing Program
Reports to : Program Manager
Compensation : $22-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience. Full-time, non-exempt. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, flexible spending account, commuter benefits, and generous vacation, including Summer and Winter Recess.

About the Program
Casa Quezada is a 52-unit supportive housing program for formerly unhoused individuals, many of whom are monolingual Spanish-speaking immigrants or have transitioned from shelter or street-based living. Residents receive on-site case management, clinical services, daily meals, and community-building support.
Position Summary
The Property Assistant ensures the day-to-day functioning of the site, supporting both the tenants and staff with a focus on safety, dignity, and stability. This position provides property oversight, supports documentation and compliance, and helps maintain healthy building operations. The Property Assistant serves as a key point of continuity and may step into decision-making or liaison duties when the Program Manager is unavailable.
