Opportunity Description
The Executive Director provides leadership and strategic oversight of cardiac care services, including the Cath Lab, Pre / Post Units, Non-Invasive Radiology, Cardiology Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab. This role ensures high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiovascular care, drives continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Duties

- Implement efficient operational processes and uphold patient safety standards
Experience & Skills Required
Provide strategic leadership and direction for Cardiovascular Services, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and goals.Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, Pre / Post Units, Cardiology Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality patient care.Foster a collaborative, patient-centered, and high-performance environment, promoting professional growth and ongoing education for clinical staff.Implement efficient processes, optimize resource utilization, and ensure financial sustainability, including budget management and identification of revenue opportunities.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and established quality and safety metrics.Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on evidence-based practice, patient outcomes, experience, and HCAHPS performance.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, ancillary staff, and external partners.Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across the continuum of cardiovascular care and represent the organization in community partnerships and external agencies.Champion patient- and family-centered care, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring culturally sensitive, exceptional patient experiences.Uphold all safety protocols and standards, as this position is safety-sensitive.Education & Certifications
Bachelor of Science, preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related graduate degree with current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas. - Required.Current CPR / BLS and ACLS certifications. - Required.Preferred certifications : Certified Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (CVRN), Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), AACVPR certification, or healthcare executive credential (ACHE / FACHE).Benefits
