Position Overview :
The Clinical Director of Outpatient Services will oversee the clinical operations of outpatient programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services. This leadership role involves supervising clinical staff, developing treatment protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical leadership and direction for outpatient services, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and facilitating professional development opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment programs and policies to enhance client care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Oversee the intake process, case management, and treatment planning to ensure timely and effective services.
- Monitor program performance metrics and quality assurance measures, implementing improvements as needed.
- Serve as a liaison with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to enhance service delivery and community integration.
- Specifically connecting with and maintaining a healthy working relationship between the schools in which we provide therapeutic services to children and families.
- Managing the process of ensuring that clients are connected to therapist within the school environment and or at the clinic.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff to ensure up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services and ensure the confidentiality of client information.
- Managing internship program at the clinic : Connecting with the different universities, providing clinical supervision and oversight, completing mid and end of semester evaluations and attending meeting with school representatives.
Qualifications :
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.Current clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, etc.) in the state of practice.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team effectively.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in outpatient settings or community mental health.Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and data reporting.Bilingual skills are a plus.Work Environment :
