Step in as acting Maintenance Supervisor at assigned properties during transitionsTrain, mentor, and supervise maintenance technicians while permanent leadership is being hiredLead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5-day standard), and move-in readinessPrioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident-first mindsetTroubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, boilers, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and poolsManage vendor scheduling, inventory, and capital improvement supportEnsure seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on-call rotations, are handled with consistency and carePartner closely with Property Managers to ensure smooth operations and positive resident experiencesWhat You Bring to the Team :
At least 4 years of maintenance supervisory experience (multi-site or multifamily preferred)Proven ability to organize, schedule, and lead teams across different sitesStrong general repair knowledge : HVAC (certification required), plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, pool operations, and boilersA personal basic tool set (cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.)Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (required)Flexibility to travel between Metro Denver communities as assignedWe are a drug-free workplace.
