Essential functions :
Responds to / assigns help desk tickets from store locationsInternal order placement based on store inventory levels for vendor managed itemsShare product knowledge and provide recommendations on product purchases for buying shows and seasonal purchasesEnsures prompt and proper resolution of customer (internal and external) concerns and / or issues; escalates and engages management in customer complaints and resolutionsMaintains bill of lading (BOLs) / packing slips of all shipments digitally and physical copiesPoint of contact for vendors including scheduling incoming deliveries, price & product changes, & store / vendor issuesCoordinates, enters, compiles, and validates data as needed (Inventory, reporting, item transaction reports)Assist with providing effective communications to frontline and upline staff with respectMeet with management regularly to discuss opportunities for improvementAssist as needed with product processing including unloading and loading of trucks and trailers and seasonal product rolloutsAbility to analyze raw data into business related reportingResearch and present new vendors and business lines to new goods managerOther duties as assignedJob requirements and qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of one (1) year of experience in online sales or online customer serviceDemonstrate sound judgment and a high degree of personal / professional integrityDetail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to act with minimal direct supervision while maintaining workloadDemonstrates teamwork mindsetOrganized and a strong aptitude to follow tasks through to completionExcellent active listening and time management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMaintain dependable transportation and communication devicesProficiency with software, including MS Office SuiteWorking environment conditions / requirements :
