Northwest Respiratory Services is looking for a Human Resources Generalist at our Eagan, MN location. Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products throughout the Midwest and Rockies. We specialize in serving the long-term care communities and oxygen dependent Veterans. This Human Resource Coordinator position supports the HR department in a generalist capacity, performing duties in all areas of HR including onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Onboarding : Post jobs, manage hiring records, and ensure compliance with EEO / AA requirements. Facilitate pre-screening, interviews, new hire orientations, and I-9 / E-verify processes, while coordinating travel and handling job offers.
• Employee Relations & Recordkeeping : Serve as a resource for employees, assist with newsletters, maintain personnel and medical files, administer MVR checks, and manage Respiratory Therapist licenses. Oversee drug testing programs and update related records.
• Compliance & Reporting : Assist with annual state and federal reports, affirmative action plans, and audits. Update benefits, process terminations, final checks, and manage COBRA.
• General HR Support : Coordinate employee perks and recognition events, handle unemployment and worker's comp claims, and assist with policy updates. Provide administrative support for special projects and other assigned tasks.
