Student Services Assistant
The eligibility list generated from this recruitment will be used to fill both substitute and permanent vacancies within the district. Position details and duties : Full-time and / or substitute position : eight (8) hours per day; twelve (12) months per year. Basic function : The job of Student Services Assistant is done for the purpose / s of operating and maintaining a computerized student information system at a high school; inputting electronic or written student enrollment information; processing official and unofficial student transcripts; responding to inquiries about student information; generating lists, reports, and transcripts; processing diplomas; and distributing various forms and documents. This job reports to the designated administrator.
