Welder

Pay : $18–$20 per hour

Shift : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (Fridays as needed)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and skilled welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a variety of equipment, perform quality work, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate various equipment including MIG welders, grinders, saws, and drills.

Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

Maintain equipment and ensure workstations are kept clean and organized.

Follow all quality standards and complete required quality assurance documentation.

Safely operate forklifts as needed.

Consistently follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings.

Proficient in basic math, including reading tape measures and working with fractions down to 1 / 32”.

MIG welding experience (sheet metal up to ¼” thickness preferred but not required).

Skilled in using grinders and hand tools.

Must be able to pass a T-Joint weld test.

Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Additional Requirements :

High school diploma or vocational training certificate.

1–2 years of welding experience preferred.

Position requires physical labor.

Must have reliable transportation.
