Imagine stepping onto the floor with a clear plan : prioritize checks using Pareto charts, confirm routings, and validate the first part against customer requirements. If you thrive on turning measurements into confident decisions, this role is for you. We’re adding teammates on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Your Mission

• Launch right : perform First Article Inspection and complete all customer-provided documentation to lock in conformance from the outset.
• Be self-directed : rely on established procedures, forms, and manuals to execute work with minimal supervision.
• Keep processes honest : conduct in‑process audits, comparing operator performance and process results to specs called out in material routings.
• Think like an engineer : read drawings, schematics, and formulas; align with engineering and management to set and uphold quality and reliability standards.
• Test what matters : verify dimensional accuracy, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics.
• Let the numbers speak : record findings and apply statistical quality control techniques to maintain product reliability.
