Summary Of Essential Job Functions

As a Systems Support Specialist, you'll take ownership of day-to-day support requests, ensuring that desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and core applications run smoothly. You'll handle more advanced troubleshooting, assist with system administration tasks, and contribute to IT projects, while escalating only the most complex issues to senior engineers.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for Windows and macOS environments, both onsite and remotely
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Administer and support Office 365, Exchange Online, Zoom, Slack, and Okta
• Perform routine system tasks such as patch management, backups, and endpoint protection
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, printers)
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and support activity
• Assist with IT initiatives such as system rollouts, MDM deployments, and operating system upgrades
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement infrastructure changes and escalations
