The Community Manager is responsible for managing the daily services and activities for condos, townhomes, and HOA Associations throughout New Jersey. Duties include : gathering proposals for services like Landscaping & Snow, Insurance oversight, managing contractors on site, working with Board members, holding Board and Membership meetings, conducting Annual meeting, oversight of financials, issuing Work Orders and Violations, and working with the membership on inquiries. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction throughout the communities.
We are looking for CMCA, AMS, and PCAM-certified Managers with 3-5 years of experience.
