Key Responsibilities
Utilize a quality scoring tool to log insights and provide product feedback
Review and score associate interactions for quality and compliance
Prepare reports on trends in associate performance and assist in training other QA Specialists
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience role
At least 1 year of experience in Quality
Knowledge or experience in care coordination, medical scheduling, and medical administration preferred
Passion for expanding access to mental health care
