The Operations Specialist focuses on having comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software used in branch locations for ABC Supply Co., and subsidiary companies.

This role will be working with various departments on project metrics, generation of ongoing reports, developing new operational processes, and using tools and systems to monitor and enhance operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hardware & Software Support

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of branch software and hardware for operational guidance on usage, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Understand project objectives and communicate effectively to meet project deadlines.

Execute reporting as needed within Operations.

Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
