Lateral Associate (AM Law 100) - Denver

A leading AM Law 100 firm with over 1,500 attorneys across 20+ offices, specializing in high-stakes litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory matters.

Role :

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and individuals. Responsibilities :

• Client Representation : Provide high-quality legal counsel on a wide range of matters, including corporate transactions, litigation disputes, regulatory compliance, intellectual property issues, etc.
• Case / Matter Management : Manage cases or transactions from inception to resolution, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients on strategy.
• Business Development : Build and maintain client relationships, contribute to the firm’s growth by developing new business opportunities, and, where applicable, leverage an existing book of business.
• Collaboration : Work closely with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver seamless client service, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to team-oriented solutions.
