McMillen, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier construction professionals and skilled craft workers. Your expertise will ensure our company has the talent necessary to meet project demands and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for construction-related roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals, including leveraging job boards, industry networks, and referrals.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to meet the needs of the organization and specific project requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide updates, and offer guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, state / federal regulations, and industry standards.
