Position : Production Area Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Allocates team activity and resources efficiently to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards
• Handles record management and ensures systems are functioning correctly
• Identifies and segregates non-conforming material; monitors and maintains all safety equipment and tools
• Keeps the team focused on daily targets and responsibilities
• Identifies training needs, listens to team members' feedback, and resolves issues or conflicts
• Operates under the general supervision of local management
• Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal Health, Safety and Environment requirements
• Leads by example in line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct, fostering a proactive work culture
