Production Product Lead

You will be the Production Product Lead with our Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team, located in Chelmsford, MA. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality products and services, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead internal Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to track program performance metrics, drive critical actions, and provide clear communication back to production.
• Serve as the communications bridge : translate program strategy and priorities into clear actions for the production floor and elevate production feedback / issues back to program leadership.
• Work in lockstep with Production Supervisor(s) to ensure production execution aligns to the internal operating plan (IOP); when off plan, lead coordination with cross-functional teams to generate and drive achievable recovery actions / plans.
• Partner with Production Supervisor(s) to align on priorities, while supporting them in clearing barriers outside their control.
• Coordinate cross-functional support (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to resolve technical and process challenges impacting execution.
• Develop and manage program schedule plans and hardware support strategies that enable on-time delivery of three products with multiple sub-assemblies.
• Support supervisors in achieving daily tactical goals by driving resolution of roadblocks with cross-functional teams, while leading broader strategic efforts for continuous improvement.
• Present and communicate effectively at all levels, from shop-floor discussions through senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Further Information About This Opportunity

This position is located in Chelmsford, MA. The selected candidate must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education. Desired Skills include prior production supervision or frontline leadership experience, strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor to diverse audiences.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
