Job Summary

As a Recruiting Manager , your responsibilities will include developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services. Recruiting, evaluating and placing human resource

professionals in full-time positions with our clients. Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates. Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local human resourcescommunity.

Qualifications :

A business-related degree, ideally in human resources, business or communications. SHRM Certification or Masters Degree a plus.

5+ years of professional experience. HR or professional services experience required.

Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Strong relationship development and persuasive skills-at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system a plus.

Salary :

The typical salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
