What you will do

As an Audio Visual / IT Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful setup, configuration, and maintenance of AV and IT systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and seamless support for clients’ collaboration technologies and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AV systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage IT-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain audio, video, and IT equipment, including displays, conferencing systems, microphones, and networking devices.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on AV and IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AV / IT equipment in a timely and professional manner.
