Job Description

You will be responsible for :

• Lead all field operations and on-site teams
• Coordinate scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce site protocols
• Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
• Problem solve in real time to keep job moving efficiently
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and trades
