    1st Shift Position - 6 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m.

    Responsible for maintaining and improving property, plant, and equipment :

  • Maintain all safety regulations and a safe work environment.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedule per ISO and company requirements.
  • Maintain and improve machinery, equipment, and facility.
  • Improve machinery to improve safety and process flow.
  • Implement “Lean” techniques to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
  • Keep facility clean and free from issues or flaws in equipment and property.
  • Help with projects as required by management.
  • Maintain records of machine failures.
  • Maintain a record of day-to-day operations.

    • Work Experience :

  • Two or more years experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair.
  • Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance requirements.
  • Hydraulics a must.
  • Welding Fabricating is a plus.
  • Tow-motor "driving" & as well as repair / maintenance.

    • Physical Demand of Job :

  • Be able to stand for 8-hour shift
  • Be able to lift 75-100 LBS.

    • Education :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical / vocational skills preferred.

    • We also offer a quarterly profit sharing bonus after 90 days based on company / employee performance results.

  • Contingent upon passing drug screen including marijuana testing.
