Salary : $55,000 - $72,000 / year

Under the direction of the CEO, the PACE Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating K-day PACEs marketing, enrollment, and community engagement functions. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as community groups, coordinating and delivering program presentations, and building partnerships with local Medi-Cal departments and level of care assessors to streamline the enrollment process. The Outreach Coordinator also assists in developing and executing annual marketing plans, written materials, and advertising campaigns in collaboration with leadership. They maintain referral tracking systems and marketing files, and oversee participant enrollment to ensure K-day PACE meets or exceeds census goals.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Education : Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing or sales role (health care provider preferred). Experience in the field of health or human services is preferred but not required.
