Sr. UX UI Designer - Product design engineer - REMOTE

Our client, a leader in digital product development, is seeking a Senior UX / UI Designer to join their innovative team. As a Senior UX / UI Designer, you will be part of the Product Design Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have creativity, collaboration skills, and a user-centered mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Libertyville Township, IL (Remote)

Pay Range : $70 / hr

What's the Job?

Lead the design of key products and features for web and mobile applications from concept to final implementation.

Analyze business requirements and user needs to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Develop visually appealing mock-ups aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards.

Utilize and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to deliver high-quality, human-centered digital experiences.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally 6+ years.

Strong visual design skills with an eye for UI patterns, layout, typography, color, and micro-interactions.

Experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems across multiple platforms.

A robust portfolio demonstrating recent work, especially in consumer products, with clear impact.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
