Position Summary
The Assistant Chief of Police plays a critical leadership role within Tarian Group's Company Police Department, with a specific focus on overseeing healthcare-related law enforcement operations.
This position provides direct support to the Chief of Police in the daily management of department operations, strategic planning, officer performance, and client relations-particularly across Tarian's healthcare clients.
The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-focused police services and operational excellence in regulated and sensitive environments.
This leader also serves as Acting Chief when required and is instrumental in advancing the organization's core values of integrity, accountability, service, and innovation.
