Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multi-state veterinary practices

Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, including various compensation types

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5 years of payroll management experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site organizations

Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and regulations

Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, Paycom)

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credential preferred
