A company is looking for an Inside National Sales Manager to manage and develop a team of inside sales representatives focused on diabetes products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning, development, and implementation of key accounts
Recruit, train, and develop the full sales potential of Inside Sales Representatives
Prepare reports on departmental activity and conduct weekly progress meetings with Sales Representatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of medical field sales experience or equivalent
Minimum four years of supervisory or management experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze markets and plan sales strategies
Proven sales track record and knowledge of specialty products
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong prioritization skills
