Director of Network Optimization

A company is looking for a Lead Director, Network and Trend Optimization in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between network, finance, clinical operations, and sales teams to align strategies

Develop and implement market network strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness and quality of care

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of implemented strategies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare industry, network management, or related fields

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and network contracting principles

Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable strategies

At least 5 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration roles

Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field
