Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills through play and structured activities.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster educational growth and creativity.
• Provide care for preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Educate children on basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes through interactive activities.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Monitor and assess the development of each child, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Engage in daily communication with parents regarding their childs progress and any concerns.

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in the early childhood field
• Montessori certification is preferred
• Experience in classroom management and working with children of various ages will be advantageous.
