Job Summary & Responsibilities

This position is for a Principal Program Manager with sound technical management background. This person will be engaged in program and product management from a technical standpoint encompassing platform engineering, metrology, inspection and semiconductor expertise. Primary functions include managing technical roadmaps, managing development programs, and product maintenance activities.
