Compensation Range : Anticipated compensation range of $119,786.00 - $149,579.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations :
Assists the Manager in providing departmental direction relative to all aspects / activities that ensure the attainment of departmental goals, which ultimately assist in achieving favorable Department and Hospital operating results.
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required, MSN preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.
EXPERIENCE / TRAINING :
Minimum of 3-5 years recent experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Experience :
Charge Nurse or Supervisory Experience
Knowledge of Hospital Based Occupational / Employee Health
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :
Required :
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
SKILLS :
Data collection / database management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, excellent organizational ability to multitask and prioritize work while maintaining attention to detail, and advanced clinical knowledge and skills in the care and management of the septic patient.
