Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Logistics Facility

As a Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Logistics Facility in South Chesterfield, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with personnel and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate : $19.27 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

  • Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
  • Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
  • Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
  • Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
  • Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or unusual activity, to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents within the logistics and distribution environment.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
