IT Finance Manager

Requirements :

5 or more years of financial management experience in IT environments.

Proficiency in Florida Statewide Financial Management Systems.

Experience with Florida legislative budget request processes.

Experience in IT budgeting, cost accounting, and financial planning methodologies.

Experience with government procurement regulations and compliance requirements.

Experience in advanced financial analysis and modeling capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Analyze IT financial conditions and develop recommendations for senior leadership.

Analyze, prepare, and monitor the IT budget and expenditures.

Drive standard accounting practices, reconciliations, and consistent financial reporting.

Develop financial metrics and conduct reviews to ensure compliance with statutes.

Review and approve deliverables for contract and purchase order payments.

Implement automated feedback collection and continuous improvement workflows.

Create user guides, process documentation, and self-service resources.
