About the Role

Our client is at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into enterprise operations , reshaping how humans and machines collaborate. Their flagship products are Olympus (an AI-native analytics platform) and Athena (an artificial employee / AI agent).

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) , you'll operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise challenges. This role is the cornerstone of their product strategy, as you will be the first engineer to implement a new product feature in close collaboration with a single customer ("engineering at the edge"). You will gain unique insights into vital global institutions and industries.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique operational environments and challenges.
• Design and implement solutions using the client's AI technologies ( Olympus and Athena ).
• Integrate their AI technologies into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
• Develop and maintain client relationships , acting as the technical liaison.
• Contribute to core product improvement by providing crucial insights and feedback from field experiences.
• Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful technology adoption.
