The Operations Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations function. At GFL our goal is to invest in our people and provide opportunities to grow for life! Key Responsibilities :

• Check drivers in at the end of day, reconcile routes and disposal tickets on a daily basis.
• Complete and maintain a variety of reports as directed by supervisor / manager.
• Communicate to supervisors and / or managers about operations, routes, paperwork, disposal tickets.
• Use of software and programs to manage a variety of reports.
• Assist in the collection of paperwork, organize, and complete reports as directed.
• Assist in attendance and productivity reporting.
• Communicate to drivers and supervisors as needed.
• Communicate department related information daily.
• Perform other duties as designate.
• Assist Roll Off dispatchers.
• Assist with time off coverage.
• Communicate service issues to customers in a timely manner.
• Scale Attendant.
