Staff Management | SMX in Northeast Indianapolis, Indiana is hiring Food Production Associates to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position and we offer benefit packages, weekly paychecks, as well as advancement opportunities with an amazing company.

Hours / Shifts : These positions are 12-hour shifts that have variable work days week to week, depending on production needs.

• 1st Shift : 6 : 00am - 6 : 00pm
• 2nd Shift : 6 : 00pm - 6 : 00am

Duties :

As part of our production team, you will be responsible for several different manufacturing activities. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be flexible about where you are on the production line. You must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions, safety and follow and maintain GMP standards. Some essential functions you will be responsible for, but not limited to are :

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.67 - $19.67 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
