Job Title : Commercial Litigation Associate

Location : Hybrid - New York City

Salary Range : $160,000 - $240,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Experience Required : 5+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting

Licensure : Must be licensed to practice law in New York State

A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join its New York City office in a hybrid capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator to work on complex commercial disputes while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a proven track record of success in a law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Conduct e-discovery, manage document review, and analyze case-related evidence
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development
• Provide legal counsel to clients and participate in client meetings
• Stay current on relevant New York laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation
