Task Order Project Manager (TOPM)
CoSolutions is seeking an experienced Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to provide on-site leadership and oversight for a large, complex task order supporting a federal government program. The TOPM will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day task order execution, ensuring all technical and administrative requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with contract terms. This role requires close collaboration with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, and other agency stakeholders to drive performance, manage risk, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 5 years of project management or equivalent experience in IT, consulting, or related fields with increasing responsibility. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the public and / or private sector, ideally managing federal contracts or task orders.
Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering). In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent nationally recognized project management certification is required.
Skills & Competencies :
Security Clearance : Must possess an IT-II Critical Sensitive clearance or be eligible to obtain one. Must have the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance as required by the client.
