Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - Neurosciences Specialty Unit

Shift : Nights

Schedule : 7 : 00pm-7 : 30am

As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will :

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among unit staff and other departments / units regarding issues related to patient care.
• Ensure continuity of patient care information between shifts, coordinate patient admitting, discharges, transfers, and other operational issues.
• Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses and other direct and indirect patient care providers.
• Assist in orienting new personnel, continuing education, and in-service educational programs on assigned unit.
• Prepare schedule of work assignment assuring adequate coverage on all shifts.
