A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 1 who will serve as a resource for employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies
Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in employee relations and labor relations
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards for reporting and alignment with HR actions
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
2 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations and labor relations
3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
