In the Strategic Programs team, you will be responsible for the design and rollout strategy for our high priority initiatives in the Unscheduled Delivery space with a focus on B2B clients. What You'll Do

• Research and Analysis : Lead competitive and market research efforts on industry trends and customer behavior to guide decision-making.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze data to generate business insights, improve reporting processes, shape strategy, and inform business use cases.
• Insight Development : Create presentations that translate data into actionable insights, connecting internal and external trends to build compelling narratives.
• Collaboration : Align cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiencies, working with planning and product teams to set delivery priorities.
• Project Management : Oversee complex projects from initiation to completion to streamline fulfillment strategies and improve execution.
• Reporting : Design and monitor metrics for delivery performance.
• Automation and Analysis : Implement automation for insights and analytics.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects Masters, Masters : Operations Management Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
