The Data Analyst is accountable for :

• Creating and developing reports, data models, analysis, and statistical calculations as needed.
• Supporting client and internal reporting needs, such as running monthly / quarterly reports as well as ad hoc reports.
• Analyzing past and present operations trends, identify root causes, and create predictive analysis that drives process improvement
• Interpreting data and communicate the findings with executive stakeholders, management, business partners as well as other employees up to and including those in leadership positions.
• Ongoing Innovation and Improvement - maintain current knowledge of business intelligence trends and recommend improvements to processes for measurement, control and analysis.
