Purpose

Responsible for custodial cleaning work in a building or buildings according to a specific schedule and / or OS1 Team Cleaning procedures. Keeps premises of academic buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

Quality-Works according to established procedures using prescribed equipment.

Quantity-Maintains work schedule as assigned. Willingly accepts work assignments.

Overtime : before and after shift, weekend, holiday, and emergency response

Required Qualifications

Six months of experience in custodial maintenance work.

Preferred Qualifications

High school graduation or GED.

More than one year custodial experience.

Salary Range

$37,440

Employment Eligibility :

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
