Marketing Platform & Process Specialist Image Guided Therapy Devices

As a Marketing Platform & Process Specialist with the Image Guided Therapy Devices team you will lead the optimization and management of marketing platforms and workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional user experience across diverse stakeholder groups.

Your role :

• You will have a direct impact on the efficiency and compliance of marketing operations by managing key platforms such as : Veeva PromoMats and Seismic Sales Enablement, ensuring materials are current, approved, and accessible.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical Education, Sales, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams, to drive process excellence, train users, and improve platform engagement.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs CO and Plymouth MN is $114,000 to $133,000

The pay range for this position in San Diego CA is $128,000 to $149,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
